It’s been a busy month at the Clubhouse! We want to give a big thanks to the hardworking men and women who replaced all the fascia and decking on the second floor. They did an amazing job in upgrades and fully painting the Clubhouse, as well as the laundry and trash room building. It took them roughly a week to complete everything, and we’re so grateful for their dedication. We would like to thank Jeff with La Cumbre for helping us get the job done quickly and for coming to visit us and listening to our concerns. Special shoutout to Barry for his help in coordinating everything and making sure that work was done in a timely manner while also taking into consideration the concerns of our residents. Thanks again to everyone who contributed!
